Guest guest Posted June 24, 2008 Report Share Posted June 24, 2008 Baby Vidalia Onion Pie 2 pounds baby Vidalia onions, thinly sliced 1 stick margarine 3 eggs, well-beaten 1 cup sour cream 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon white pepper 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce 1 pastry shell, unbaked Grated Parmesan cheese Saute onions in margarine. Combine eggs, sour cream, seasonings, and Tabasco sauce. Add to onion mixture and pour into pastry shell. Top with cheese.
