I buy Vegan Gourmet and it melts.

Sure! We buy the brand in the green bag (or you can buy it in a block and

shred it yourself) at Walmart. Who'd have thought? It's in with the produce

near the lettuce. Sometimes they actually have it right in with the milk

cheese.

I don't have any in the fridge right now so I can't think of the brand!!! I

tell you, especially the cheddar is better than milk cheese! Comes in pepper

jack, mozarella and cheddar.

eggs (they always grossed me out thinking about what would happen

with them if we just left them alone) but have had trouble giving up

cheese. I find it's a nice snack with crackers or pita to give you a
