So anyway, Sanna gets home and says its so nice to come home and eat 'not normal' food, ie things other than spaghettit, mac & cheese, pb & j. She promptly lit into a plate of veggie potstickers and is looking forward to fried rice for dinner. Now for the question...will tofu go well in fried rice, and should I season it with something? I'm not very experienced with tofu. I have a block of firm that I want to put in the fried rice. I know I need to peruse the files for tofu recipes. Thakns! Amy I use tofu in fried rice all the time. I just crumble it and stir fry it a little before adding the veggies and rice.
