Guest guest
You will enjoy the best 99 cent purchase you ever made. I have five non-veg friends hooked on that cookbook, let me know what you think about it when it arrives. I do have the Enchanted Broccoli Forest. You know what I enjoy even better? The old original The Vegetarian Epicure by Anna Thomas and you can get a used copy very cheap. I also love the Tassajara cookbook by Espe Brown. I learned how to cook veg from these cookbooks along with my Hare Krishna cookbook. They will always remain favorites of mine and close to my heart. The one I have my mother gave me. She can never figure out what we eat. Even after I tell her we eat anything that didn't have a mother. Do you have The Enchanted Broccoli Forest by Mollie Katzen? My kids always called broccoli 'trees', so they loved the signature recipe which is broccoli standing up like an enchanted forest. Jillian In a message dated 6/22/2008 8:14:00 P.M.
