Guest guest Posted June 22, 2008 Report Share Posted June 22, 2008 Vegetable Medley (CP recipe) 4 cups diced & peeled potatoes 1-1/2 cups frozen whole kernel corn ( I prefer white corn) 4 medium tomatoes, seeded and diced 1 cup sliced carrots 1/2 chopped onion 3/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon sugar this is purely optional 1 tablespoonfresh dill weed or 1/2 tsp (dried is fine) 1/8 teaspoon pepper Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker.
