Guest guest
Thanks for mentioning the Moosewood cookbooks. I put a few of them on hold at the library. I just received a notice that they are ready for pick up. I can't wait to see what they contain! I hope that they are not too labor intensive. I like to cook, but not that much! -Gypsy </message/67258;_ylc=X3oDMTJzM GgzcGpsBF9TAzk3MzU5NzE1BGdycElkAzE2MDkyMDQwBGdycHNwSWQDMTcwNTA0MTcxNgRtc2dJZ AM2NzI1OARzZWMDZG1zZwRzbGsDdm1zZwRzdGltZQMxMjE0MTY5Nzgy> Re: Vegetarian Times: COOKBOOKS Posted by: " Jilly34689 " <Jilly34689?Subject=%20Re%3A%20Vegetarian%20Times%3A%20COOKBO OKS> Jilly34689 <http://profiles./jillianbmarsh> jillianbmarsh Sun Jun 22, 2008 8:31 am (PDT) Here's one VT book I have that I just love because the recipes are fast and don't have lots of ingredients that I can't find unless I drive to Pittsburgh. Last week I made the Mexican Lasagne and Curried Chickpeas. Yummie!! I love all the Moosewood cookbooks too, but most of them are pretty involved and I don't really like to cook that much...You can get this VT book for only $2.80 on Amazon. I LOVE Amazon.com...
