Thanks for mentioning the Moosewood cookbooks. I put a few of them on hold

at the library. I just received a notice that they are ready for pick up.

I can't wait to see what they contain! I hope that they are not too labor

intensive. I like to cook, but not that much!

Here's one VT book I have that I just love because the recipes are fast and

don't have lots of ingredients that I can't find unless I drive to

Pittsburgh. Last week I made the Mexican Lasagne and Curried Chickpeas.

Yummie!! I love

all the Moosewood cookbooks too, but most of them are pretty involved and I

don't really like to cook that much...You can get this VT book for only

$2.80

on Amazon. I LOVE Amazon.com... :)
