Guest guest Posted June 21, 2008 Report Share Posted June 21, 2008 Cauliflower Saute 2 cups cauliflower florets 1/2 cup sliced onion 1 clove minced garlic 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 cup fresh or frozen snow peas 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushroom 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1/4 teaspoon salt Steam cauliflower flowerets for 8 minutes; drain and set aside. Cook onion and garlic in olive oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat, stirring constantly, until tender.
