Guest guest Posted June 19, 2008 Report Share Posted June 19, 2008 Cauliflower Salad 4 cups of raw, sliced cailiflower 1 cup coarsely chopped black olives 1/2 cup chopped green pepper 1/4 cup chopped red pepper 1/2 cup chopped or sliced red onion Dressing; 1/2 cup vegetable oil 3 tablespoons lemon juice 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar 2 teaspoons salt 1/4 teaspoon coarse black pepper 1/3 cup sugar Combine all salad ingredients in one bowl. In another bowl, whip together the dressing ingredients. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss to coat. Refrigerate until serving time.
