1/4 cup dijon mustard

2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

1/4 cup plain yogurt

2 tablespoons reduced-fat sour cream

1/2 teaspoon white wine vinegar

mini whole wheat pretzels, for dipping

assorted vegetable sticks, for dipping

 

 

 

In a medium bowl, stir together the mustard, orange juice concentrate, yogurt,

sour cream, and vinegar until smooth. (Can be made ahead and refrigerated up to

4 days in advance.) Serve as a dip, along with pretzels and vegetable sticks.
