Guest guest Posted June 17, 2008 Report Share Posted June 17, 2008 Pico de Gallo Dip Harmon-Style 4 ripe tomatoes, diced 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro, finely chopped 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion 1 small clove garlic, minced 1 small jalapeño pepper, finely chopped 1 tablespoon Original TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce Salt to taste Combine tomatoes, cilantro, onions, garlic, and jalapeño pepper in a bowl.. Add TABASCO® Pepper Sauce and salt to taste. Serve with tortilla chips. Makes about 4 cups.
