Guest guest Posted June 17, 2008 Report Share Posted June 17, 2008 Thai Vegetable Dip 1 (16-ounce) carton sour cream, (2 cups) 1/2 (2-ounce) box dry vegetable soup and dip mix, (1 envelope) 1 (8-ounce) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped 1/2 cup chopped green onion 1/2 (5-ounce) bottle TABASCO® brand SWEET & Spicy Pepper Sauce Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir until smooth and well blended. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours. Stir again before serving. Serve with crackers, chips, or on wrap sandwiches. Makes about 3 cups.
