Preheat the oven to 350°F 2. Place the garlic bulb on a piece of foil, moisten with water, and seal. Bake for 45 minutes. When cool enough to handle, squeeze the garlic from the bulb. 3. In a small bowl, combine the garlic, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and yogurt. Stir until smooth.
