Cover and refrigerate a minimum of 30 minutes, or up to 3 days. A little of this spicy dip or condiment goes a long way; allow for about 1 teaspoon per potsticker. It is also excellent served with raw vegetables. Wasabi mayonnaise is made with Japanese horseradish, distinctive for its vivid green color and head-rushing heat. It an be purchased at Trader Joe's and other specialty markets. ChupaNote: its less expensive to add a pinch of wasabi powder to your own mayonnaise; add more to build heat after letting it sit and blend a while.
