Guest guest Posted June 16, 2008 Report Share Posted June 16, 2008 GRILLED HORSERADISH MUSHROOMS 10 extra lg. white mushrooms 1/3 c. olive oil Juice from 1 or 2 lg. limes Zest from 1/2 lime (grated rind) 1/2 c. fresh horseradish 1/2 tsp. dried parsley Fresh ground black pepper--to taste Cut stems from mushrooms so they will be flat on the grill. Wash and pat dry.
