Review of Ranch Dill Cucumber Potato Salad

I made this today. It was excellent. Thanks Lily for sharing this

variation on potato salad. It is a keeper.

I cut the recipe down and made it using 1/4 of everything......... I think

this is my very favorite way I've ever had potato salad.

LOL I diced up the cucumber into the potato salad, which is great, but just

noticed that you said to use them for a garnish.

I really loved them in the potato salad. I'll have to save some to slice up for

a garnish next time.
