Guest guest Posted June 16, 2008 Report Share Posted June 16, 2008 The first RubyTuesdays burger was excellent, my second time there is was mushy and under cooked. I don't think they know how to cook them. I sent it back and asked for it to be well done and it was returned just as good as the first time I ate there. I had this same problem at Islands Restaurant, maybe they are used to making medium rare on the grill and lack veg burger cooking experience.
