Guest guest
This is my take on using dill. I got this recipe from a Scandinavian woman I used to work with 3 years ago. Lily Ranch Dill Cucumber Potato Salad 5 pounds red potatoes 4 stalks celery, sliced thinly 5 green onions, sliced 2 tablespoons minced dill weed 2 teaspoons salt or salt to taste 1-1/2 - 2 cups mayonnaise mor Vegenaise little over half of a 16 ounce bottle ranch dressing Plenty of cucumber slices to garnish Quarter potatoes and steam until soft, leave the skins on. When potatoes cool mix everything together and chill. When ready to serve garnish with a few handfuls of cucumbers over the top. You can sprinkle some Mrs. Dash over the top.
