This is my own dairy, and nut free recipe!

 

Serves 4

 

2 c. fresh basil

1/2c. olive oil

2 cloves crushed garlic

3T. steamed, peeled potato (russet or red)

1/4 t. salt

juice of one lemon

 

Add all ingredients in a blender. I like to 'chop' first, and then

puree. May add more lemon or salt to taste. Voila, enjoy mixed with

angel hair pasta or add some to your mayo on sandwiches! Yum!
