Guest guest
This is a yummy broccoli salad. I like to crumble crispy veggie baco bits on my serving sometimes for extra crunch & flavor. Enjoy! Dilly Broccoli Salad 2 lbs broccoli, cut into florets 1 1/2 lbs. cauliflower, cut into florets 1 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup sour cream 2 cloves minced garlic 1 small onion, finely chopped 1 Tbs snipped fresh dill or 1 1/2 tsp dill weed 1/2 tsp salt In a large bowl, combine the broccoli and cauliflower; set aside. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, onion and salt; mix well. Pour over vegetables and toss to coat. Cover and chill 4 hours or overnight for best flavor. ~ P T ~ " With one mind we address our acknowledgement, respect, and gratefulness to all the sacred Cycle of Life. Guest guest
oh boy does this sound great! I've got to try some. I've had something similar to this with the ranch dressing on it, but this sounds even better. Garlic and onions...............and dill I think I need to go get the stuff to make this tomorrow.
