Guest guest Posted June 12, 2008 Report Share Posted June 12, 2008 @@@@@ Gladys' Breakfast Flan 4 Eggs 2 Tbls. Melted Butter or Margarine 1 tsp. Cornstarch 1/8 tsp. Baking Powder 1/4 tsp. Salt and Pepper 1/4 tsp. Dried Mustard 1 Cup Milk 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese Beat Eggs. Add next 5 ingredients. Blend in milk. Divide cheese up among 4 individual custard dishes. Pour mixture evenly into custard cups. Place cups into baking pan and fill with boiling water one inch deep. Bake, uncovered, at 425 F for 15-20 minutes. Serve immediately with fresh fruit and muffins. Serves 4.
