Aw thanks for thinking of me, Judy. I have been staying with a friend

whilst I had some new floors put into my house and now after 2 months

I am finally home and starting the clean up. My kitchen is thick with

sawdust so until I get it cleaned up properly I am using the

microwave to heat up things I pre-cooked and froze before I moved

out. Can't wait to get cooking again. I've been staying with an

omnivore on an Atkins diet. She is a dear friend to have had me and

my cats stay with her in her wee flat for so long, but I am soooo

glad to be home and away from the smell of m**t!!

I shall be back trying out recipes and posting soon.
