greetings from Mississippi - soy yogurt

I make soy yogurt essentially the same way I used to make milk yogurt;

it works every time. I'll write it down and post it soon. There isn't

any soy cheese I tried that was edible. That's why I've been

experimenting with soy yogurt cheese.
