Spinach Strawberry Salad with Sesame Seed Dressing

 

 

Ingredients:  

Salad · 1/4 cup sugar

· 24 ounces fresh spinach · 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

· 1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced · 1 tablespoon onions, minced

Dressing · 1/4 teaspoon Vegetarian Worcestershire sauce

· 1/2 cup oil · 1/4 teaspoon paprika

· 1/4 cup cider vinegar

 

Preparation:

For dressing put all ingredients except oil in a blender. With blender running

add oil in a slow

steady stream until completely mixed and thickened. Drizzle over strawberries

and spinach. Serve

immediately.
