Warm Brown Butter And Balsamic Sauce - 1.5g carbohydrate,1g sugar,no fiber;

 

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1 pinch salt

Freshly ground black pepper

1 pinch granulated sugar

 

 

 

 

 

Heat a small, heavy saucepan over medium heat; add butter to pan. After several

minutes, when butter begins to turn golden and smell like roasting nuts, add

vinegar; stand back, as the vinegar may sputter. Stir in salt, pepper to taste

and sugar.

 

Yield: 4 servings
