party tonight

 

 

We're going to a party tonight, I'm bringing the eggplant relish from the

files. I made enough to share with my veg neighbor & his girlfriend, my mom,

and enough for me to have some. The people having the party, the mom loves

eggplant and so does one of her neighbors. So while its not exactly hot weather

food, chilled with some bread it will be yummy and there will be 2 other

people there who will appreciate it! Iused eggplant I froze last summer. Trying

to

get the freezer cleared out for when this year's garden starts to produce.
