I thought they tasted good and my son likes bread so it doesnt matter whats in them. From the BisquickRecipes Group. 1/2 cup sour cream 1/3 cup 7-Up 2 cups biscuit mix 3 Tbs. butter or margarine, melted and divided Combine sour cream and 7-Up in a medium bowl, stir in biscuit mix with a fork until dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon mixture into lightly greased miniature muffin pans, brush with half of butter. Bake at 450 for 8-10 minutes or until golden. Brush with remaining butter, serve immediately. Makes 2 dozen.
