Scott No Bake Oatmeal Cookies 1/3 cup honey 1/4 cup soy or nut milk 1 tbsp. carob powder 1 cup quick oats 1/4 tsp. vanilla 1/4 cup walnuts handful of dried dates Combine honey, soy milk and carob in pan. Heat till boiling and boil for 1 minute, stirring. Remove from heat. Blend all ingredients together. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper or baking sheet sprayed with Pam. Will set up as they cool. I don't have any honey.
