Guest guest Posted June 7, 2008 Report Share Posted June 7, 2008 Northern Italian Vinegar 2 sprigs fresh rosemary 2 sprigs fresh oregano 1 sprig fresh sage 2 sprigs fresh basil 1 garlic clove 1 tablespoon black peppercorns 1 pint white wine vinegar Sterilize a glass bottle.
