Aleppo pepper flakes, or 1/2 t. red pepper flakes and 1/2 t. cayenne pepper Simmer together in a non stick sauce pan, until reduced to about a cup and it has a syrupy consistency. If you don't like hot foods, start with 1/4 t. pepper and work your way up.
