Guest guest Posted June 6, 2008 Report Share Posted June 6, 2008 @@@@@ Chef Glorias Balsamic Syrup with Orange Ginger Pepper 2 cups balsamic vinegar 1 cup sugar 1 cup orange juice 1 teaspoon grated ginger root 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon lemon juice Combine the above ingredients in a small saucepan and reduce by 2/3. Strain and let cool. Use as an accent condiment. Makes about 1 cup.
