Vegetarian Epicure

Somehow in my collection of vegetarian cookbooks from the 1970s, I

never got the original Vegetarian Epicure. I see that it is still in

print, and that there is The New Vegetarian Epicure from 1996.

 

For those of you who are familiar with both, do you prefer one over

the other? Why?

 

Donna, I think you said in a post a while back the original was on

your list of favorite cookbooks. Am I remembering correctly?
