Guest guest
What next???Just read an article about the tomatoes and salmonella. It still did not specify where they were grown, but that cherry, grape, and tomatoes on the vine appear to be unaffected. And that the concern is with tomatoes that have a break in the peel/skin allowing the bacteria to migrate in. I was so planning on making tomato basil salad this weekend...guess we'll see about that! Guest guest
You can still make the salad but using the cherry and grape tomatoes instead? The tainted tomatoes are a real bummer, and if there is something positive that can come out of this is more people growing their own tomatoes. , " Melissa " <mapalicka wrote: > > What next???Just read an article about the tomatoes and salmonella. > It still did not specify where they were grown, but that cherry, > grape, and tomatoes on the vine appear to be unaffected.
