try checking the fat count on what you eat, cut that in half. I lost

170 lbs in less then 8 months by doing that and don't forget to get

some exercise between workouts. Like walking, even a liesurely walk

can give you exercise.

Did you start eating vegetarian around the same time you started

working out? You may have gained muscle, while losing fat. Have

your measurements gotten any smaller?
