Guest guest
try checking the fat count on what you eat, cut that in half. I lost 170 lbs in less then 8 months by doing that and don't forget to get some exercise between workouts. Like walking, even a liesurely walk can give you exercise. booliterary21 , " Billie Conger " <billie.conger wrote: > > watch ..the bad fats..and your proportions > > On 6/4/08, clarence0817 <clarence0817 wrote: > > > > its been awhile im been working out on the gym, i weigh 170 lbs > > after 2 months & with vegetables i only reduced it to 168 > > hey guys what should i do, i love vegetables, and have tried eating > > malunggay? > > The message of judy could be very good for a healthy life lolz >
Guest guest
Did you start eating vegetarian around the same time you started working out? You may have gained muscle, while losing fat. Have your measurements gotten any smaller? ¸.·´ .·´¨¨)) ((¸¸.·´ .·´ -:¦:- Terri -:¦:- ((¸¸.·´
