Good Morning everyone. I am running late this morning I have read a few emails.

Thank you for all the warm welcomes'. :-)

I am heading to the gym to get my cardio and some weight training in.

Before I go I wanted to share this site 101 Cookbooks. I am not sure if this

site is in the archives; sorry if I am repeating. This morning I was looking

for something to make for lunch. I saw this recipe from yesterday it looks

delicious I will be making it for lunch.
