I don't know how many of you have " discovered " the Philadelphia ready

made cheesecake filling (in a plastic tub where the cream cheese is in

the dairy section). I did a few months ago and have been *on occasion*,

diving right into it with a spoon LOL. Today, it dawned on me that I

could actually do something with this! We have some company coming for

dinner so...super duper easy, I spooned some of the filling into

individual dessert cups and topped each with cherry pie filling (you

could use any flavor). Thats it! Super easy and super yummy...now for

the dangerous part...the filling also now comes in chocolate flavor!!!

I can picture cherries or even some bananas..... ;) Not the healthiest

but certainly a yummy indulgence from time to time!

I have seen that in the store but have never even picked it up to read how you

use it. I thought

that it was a product that had to be baked. Will wonders never cease?

Sounds like it would

be great if you were in a hurry.....had to whip up something to take to a

funeral, or for a covered-dish,

or for unexpected guests. Thanks so much for letting us know how good it is.

I knew what it was for, and I knew it would be TROUBLE in my house! LOL Glad

you confirmed that one for me. I hope it was deliecious, and enjoy a spoonful

for me.
