Guest guest
Here's the link to the sandwich file, there are quite a few different recipes for tofuna: (you might have to cut and paste the link if it's " broken " ) % 2ARecipes/Sandwiches%20and%20Wraps%20and%20Roll-Ups/ I freeze my tofu, then defrost and squeeze out the excess water (gives it a more chewy texture). Dried kelp powder gives it a little " fishy " (ocean!) flavor, I add garlic powder, celery, finely shredded carrot, cuke, dill, sometimes tumeric (makes it look more like egg salad, I just like the flavor of tumeric!), mayo or Veganaise. I've also made a sandwich spread out of smashed up chick peas that's good. Jann jeannieh h <jeannieh99 wrote: > what is a tofuna sandwich?
