Transfer to a saucepan and cook, stirring occasionally, about 8 minutes until reduced by about one-third. Meanwhile, cut tofu into thick strips or large cubes. Add to garlic-and-vinegar mixture and poach about 4 minutes until tofu is heated through. Makes 4 servings This combination makes a well-flavored tofu to serve with almost any rice dishes.
