Guest guest
Well, I only lost .6 of a pound this week. For the past two weeks I was just focused on switching to a vegetarian diet. Now it is time for step two. Come Monday I will start to focus on fat and calories in that vegetarian diet so I can start losing more like I normally do. Does anyone have any good low calorie recipes they would like to share? Or do you know of any good vegetarian cookbooks that tell the nutritional content of the recipes? Thanks Tami Your life is an occasion. Rise to it! 210.8\182.4\135 = 28.4 pounds gone forever
Guest guest
Hi did you try rattatoue? It is in betty croker cook book and it is great. I know all those low fat low calorie products don't fill you up for long so you end up eating more and less healthy Try to use less portions and eat a lot of veggies and everything with high contest of fiber which aids in metabolism. Also I have to admit that Skinny Bitch book helped me. When I stooped eating pesticide full pastas and faked enriched with chemicals whole wheat I lost a lot. Many things are enriched with calcium and other vitamins and that whats aids in getting fat. And not all whole wheat is truly whole wheat good luck Tami <windswept.serenity.528 wrote: Well, I only lost .6 of a pound this week.
