Creamy Citrus Dressing 1/2 cup mayonnaise or Vegenaise 2 tablespoons reserved liquid from oranges 1 1/2 tablespoons fruity vinegar, such as citrus, raspberry or cranberry 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper Combine ingredients into a small bowl and whisk until well blended.
