Guest guest Posted May 29, 2008 Report Share Posted May 29, 2008 Traditional Biscotti 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup sugar 2 tsps baking powder 2 tsps anise seed (optional if you don't care for the flavor or licorice) 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup oil (corn or canola) 2 eggs Mix dry ingredients. Add oil and eggs to dry ingredients and mix well. Form into logs, place on greased baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes, or until very lightly browned.
