Guest guest Posted May 29, 2008 Report Share Posted May 29, 2008 Garlic And Herb Salad Dressing 2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed 1 teaspoon tarragon 1 teaspoon marjoram 1 teaspoon powdered mustard 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/2 cup olive oil 4 tablespoons red wine vinegar Shake all ingredients in a small jar with a tight fitting lid. Let stand at room temperature for at least 1 hour. Shake again and use to dress any crisp green salad. Store in jar and refrigerate 4 to 5 days. Always shake before using.
