Guest guest Posted May 29, 2008 Report Share Posted May 29, 2008 Lemony Carrot and Radish Salad 1 lemon, juiced 2 large carrots, grated 1 6 to 7 inch piece of daikon, grated 1/2 tsp. sea salt 1. Combine and mix all together.optional: Add fresh chopped parley, watercress, or mizuna. 2. You can also dress the salad with rice vinegar, tamari and rice vinegar, or a little flax seed oil.
