HFCS and other sweeteners

I feel safer with HFCS than artificial sweeteners. That's just my humble

opinion, they have been used for decades.

I think we have to use all types of sweeteners in moderation.

Honey is natural but not to be given to infants and so on.

I've been using stevia more and more for drinks and such

(tea/lemonade/etc). I might add a little bit of raw sugar too.

Haven't tried stevia in cooking yet though.

I like stevia in everything but coffee. It seems to make that bitter.
