She likes to use the whole cabbage head but lives alone so tossed it up and ate a small portion, leaving the remainder in the refrigerator for the next day. The next day, to her horror, the delicious Napa Cabbage Salad was MUSH! Does anyone have a good recipe and suggestions of how to keep this wonderful cabbage from becoming slush?
