Guest guest Posted May 27, 2008 Report Share Posted May 27, 2008 Basic French Vinaigrette 2 tablespoons white-wine vinegar or fresh lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard 1/3 cup olive oil salt and pepper to taste In a bowl, whisk together the vinegar, mustard, and salt and pepper to taste, add the oil in a stream, whisking vinaigrette until it is emulsified.
