Guest guest Posted May 26, 2008 Report Share Posted May 26, 2008 I boil 1 rinsed cup quinoa with 2 cups water for 15 mins. and let it cool. I start from there. I add chopped onions, olives, tomatoes, splash of lemon juice and a splash of balsamic vinegar. Quinoa is very versatile. Zena Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
