Hi Barb, you can use agar agar as a gel and it's easily found at Whole Foods and

Asian markets. Now the only problem is it can't be used in Jello pie recipes

and things of that nature. Those recipes are created for out of box Jello which

contains a lot of sugar weight, artificial flavoring & coloring and gelatin.
