Guest guest Posted May 20, 2008 Report Share Posted May 20, 2008 Salad Pizza (not TNT) from Parents.com Recipes 2 plum tomatoes, cored and thinly sliced 1 whole-wheat or regular pre-baked pizza shell (10 ounces) 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper 3/4 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese 4 cups baby salad greens 3 tablespoons light balsamic vinaigrette Directions 1. Heat oven to 450°. Spread tomato slices onto paper towels. Let sit 5 minutes. 2. Place pizza shell on a large baking sheet. Top with tomatoes; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 450° for 8 minutes. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese and continue to bake an additional 5 minutes. 3. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, toss salad greens with dressing.
