quick meals

I am the only vegetarian in my family. I need some quick meal ideas

for a family on the go that I may be able to use to substituions for

myself, but get the meal done quickly. Any ideas?

is full of some great menu ideas. If the link doesn't work, go to the

recipe files & look for the Menu Ideas folder.
