Guest guest
I make them all the time. For every cup of dried beans add 2-1/2 cups water and a teaspoon of oil. The oil will keep the skin on the beans from coming off. I also add onion and garlic. Salt when done! Don't add salt at the start, salt makes the beans tough and takes longer to cook. You will find the beans taste better cooked in a PC. We have a PC recipe folder for pressure cooker recipes in our recipe files. Is it really easy? What if your typical process? And how long cans the beans be kept once they are cooked? I really need to stop using canned. Thanks for your help. I have really enjoyed it.Kenia _______________ E-mail for the greater good.
